Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and materials must be included
- Products must not show signs of installation or outdoor exposure
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-configured or personalized products
- Items that have been assembled or installed
- Products showing signs of use or weather exposure
- Clearance or final sale items
- Installation services once completed
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship to the address provided with your authorization
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days
- Credit will be applied to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products for different sizes, colors, or configurations. Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns. If the replacement item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective products:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost
- Do not discard damaged items until instructed
Service Cancellations
For installation and setup services:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before scheduled service receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before service receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before service are non-refundable
- Rescheduling is available without penalty when done 48 hours in advance
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
